– All listed prices are excluding Onsen Ryokan tax : ¥150 /per person(elder then 12) per night.
– Children under 6 years old are not allowed to stay.
– We serve free towel per person per day. Toothbrush is extra cost.
– Hakonetent can stay about 30 ppl. However if there is a big group stay in, other guests may feel lonely, so we don’t accept group more then 11 people. Please understand it.
CANCELLATION POLICY
・50% cancellation fee of the room or bed will be charged if you cancel your reservation 2-3 days prior to your reservation date.
・100% cancellation fee of the room or bed will be charged if you cancel your reservation 1 day prior to your reservation date and on your check in date.
